"Always a good place to stay. Parking was difficult as I had to park some distance away and carry luggage due to many vehicles parked and some area in front of the rooms taken by stacked pallets from there. I am older"

"This place is a funny mix of nice and not. It's an old motel. The gardens are lovely. The pool is nice but not heated (had a swim but it was freezing on a hot day). The gym area is spacious but doesn't have any treadmills or rowing machines. The room was large and mostly clean and updated but feels dated. The tiled area at the entrance was dirty. The bathroom was modernised but smelled awful. The breakfast fridge was great. Noodles, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, nut bars, flavoured milk,...

"For what it was it was reasonable value for the money. The bathroom is a bit aged and could do some work with the tiles and a better shower curtain arrangement. Most of the bathroom got very wet which included the Mat and I would suggest that they stop the garbage pick up at 1:30 in the morning around the back. It was very loud and noisy and woke me out of a very deep sleep."

"Amazing hotel. Highly recommend"

"Nice and best location in Umina, near 4 mins walk to the beach. Shops within reach and helpful staff. Thanks for the complimentary drinks"

All very good, except for phone contact numbers - mobile provides no contact with advice to ring 000 if have an emergency then shuts off, landline goes to AI assistant which says will pass issue onto a staff member for them to contact you but it...

"Everything was so easy the staff were amazing, the rooms were spotless and amenities were excellent. I will definitely stay again."

"All was good except for the shower, very poor water pressure which needs lots of improvement !"
