"We had a wonderful experience staying at NJIA Panda tented lodge. The property is only about two years old, so everything in in great condition. We were the only guests one of the two nights and received exceptional service. The meals were great with serving sizes so large we were never able to finish. We initially had issues getting hot water and the staff immediately had a team out and got it fixed in no time at all. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area."

"The room and the food was very nice and the staff was friendly. The pool-area need improvement, and I think the place need cosy sites both out in the garden area and in the restaurant. Places, where we could sit and talk or read. "

"Great location (for one or more nights) en route to/from Serengeti and Ngorogoro, just 30 mins drive from entrance to the latter. In the opposite direction are the Taragine and Lake Manyara National Parks, both about 1.00-1.25 hours’ drive away. Situated in well-maintained and secure grounds, the individual rooms/lodges are generally of a high standard and quiet. Staff were exceptionally attentive. "It was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. The the food is superb. The room is large it had two king size bed and a fireplace a sitting area. we stayed at this Four Season in the Serengeti. this was comparable for a lot less money. I would stay here again. In fact, we extended our stay one day just to enjoy the service and the food. It is definitely a jewel."

"This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!"
