"Very nice hotel but the staff need more training regarding customer service. That have not cleaned or changed the towels after first day! It’s a 5*hotel and should be done daily! "We visit family in the area and enjoy the hotel and its amenities. Super clean, large room. Excellent breakfast. Staff is awesome, especially our waiter on Oct 15 and 19! I don’t know his name but he was there all day and his service was fantasic! Many thanks for a great stay!"
