Cozy two-bedroom apartment on the first floor with terrace, located in a beautiful residential complex in Manerba del Garda featuring swimming pools and tennis courts.



The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, offers well-kept and functional interiors. The living room features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table for five. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, toaster, dishwasher, and American coffee machine.



The living area opens onto a covered terrace with a sunshade and a dining table for six, ideal for outdoor meals with a lovely view of the residence’s pool.



The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom with wardrobe, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out single bed, and a bathroom complete with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet. A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also at guests’ disposal.



The apartment also includes a private garage for one car.



Within the residence, the swimming pools are spread across multiple levels and areas, ensuring space and privacy for all families. They are open from June 1st to September 30th. Swimming caps are required.



Guests can also use the tennis courts (upon request at the residence reception) and the children’s playground.



A self check-in service is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all the necessary instructions for accessing the accommodation independently.



At check-in or a few days prior, guests may be asked to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which depends on local regulations.



Manerba del Garda is nestled among the gentle hills of Valtenesi, surrounded by green landscapes and agricultural estates offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses.



The area also features numerous well-equipped campsites and holiday villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the lake’s main attractions. The village is dominated by the Rocca di Manerba, a scenic promontory overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing walks in the Nature Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Garda and its islands.



The apartment is approximately 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 40 minutes from the nearest airport.
