Inserted in an airy residential area with a large swimming pool overlooking the lake surrounded by large green spaces, this apartment will immediately make you feel on vacation. On the first floor with access by stairs, upon entering you will immediately see the large fully equipped kitchen and the dining table; in the same room is the living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. A delightful balcony overlooking the pool will be ideal for lunches and dinners, enjoying the coolness, always present in this area of Manerba. This is the reason why there is no air conditioning; because it is not necessary. Returning inside you will access through a hallway the large double bedroom with window, the bathroom with sink, bidet and washing machine and the bedroom with bunk bed with balcony. Indoor covered place for motorcycles or bicycles available. Swimming pool for free use of guests.. City Tax: € 1,60 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 30 nights
