At the foot of the Rocca di Manerba, archaeological and panoramic site of Manerba, we find this delightful apartment immersed in the silence and greenery of this area. Surrounded by a large garden, from the entrance on the ground floor you will directly access the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room, areas made bright by the windows and French windows that characterize the environment. Continuing on you enter the large living room with two comfortable sofas, the airy double bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. The house has been decorated in a Scandinavian style with rustic notes, which makes the environment light and welcoming. The garden is for the exclusive use of guests; here you can enjoy the sun, and have lunch or dinner enjoying the beautiful lake climate. The house, although secluded, is located near the most beautiful beaches of Manerba, the promenade lined with bars and restaurants and only 1 km from the historic center. Free uncovered parking on the property.. City Tax: € 1,60 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 30 nights
