"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. "The room had some trash and hair in there when we first arrived and started looking around. The bathroom door was see through so it basically had no privacy.
