The best most streamlined FAST check in ever. SO PREPARED! I am replacing my regular Cebu hotel for this one. Plus it’s closer to the airport. The attendants at the door are the most efficient and helpful.

Staff were very hospitable and responded to all of my requests. Free breakfast was decent. Location is so so but easy to grab a taxi if needed. Facilities are a little dated. Hot water was intermittent. Safe was broken or reset twice during my 3 day stay so had to call often to retrieve my valuables. I would stay again if I caught a deal and for short stay.

Dohera is accommodating. Added additional room at 1 am and the receptionist provided excellent service. My only hope is they will provide better bath towels. Bathrooms seem to be outdated especially the shower handle.

The staff ! Alma and April (front desk) along with Jemmar (security) where excellent at there jobs ! Jemmar helped in so many ways it made a big difference in the outcome of my stay ! Hats off to these people ! The buffet workers were also so friendly and always with a smile! I always say your first impression is a lasting one ! And they nailed it ! Will be returning in December her ! 😀

Overall good except they forgot to fit the room for 3 guests as booked, and there was no warm/hot water in the shower and sink from the evening of arrival until next morning.
