"This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. We love this property. The creek and the hot tub coupled with the serenity is exceptional. This is our happy place for sure!! "This was a great spot to be centrally located close enough to Durango and points west (Mesa Verde, etc.) and close enough to the mountains. It's an easy drive off the highway and a quiet spot. Lots of helpful info in the host's guidebook for fishing, hiking, dining, and everything else."

"This home had everything we needed from for our group of 11 which ranged from 1 year old through 75. Kids loved the hikes up the mountain from the back yard. Shared Thanksgiving dinner with three Does dining outside. The owner provided an open line of communication throughout the whole visit . The property description was pvery accurate."
