The place is nice and clean. Easily accessible and in a good area.
Our room window was by the back yard which is the designated smoking area. This caused us to have our windows closed most of the time when we were in the room. But this wasn’t a major issue.
Overall pleased with the place.

Hotel review
Very basic hotel the smoke alarm wasn’t working the bath was dirty (although it was a shared bathroom!) there was a good range of products shampoo shower gel etc no tea bags ! No one at a reception desk it was not a manned hotel bed wasn’t very comfortable but it was just a cheap cheerful hotel and you get what you pay for so overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay to get your head down
Walked in and there was a smell that lingered on especially in the corridor throughout my stay.
As a solo traveller I didn’t feel safe as I found two people stood at the entrance as I was checking in
As for cleanliness goodness me a bit of paint would do. Plus some laundry services press beddings or buy beddings that don’t show terrible creases which straight away are off putting as they looked like unclean bedding
I wasn’t expecting a five star service for the price I paid but equally it is not nice finding an empty water bottle under the bed clearly from the last guest.
It’s not the hotels fault but finding the toilet not flashed a few times was off putting.
Thank goodness I had my shower gel and apologies if this was not part of the deal but all I found was men’s shampoo left from past guests am guessing.
My door lock was lose and this added to my feeling a bit unsafe.
I stay in quite a few air b and bs and apartments but unfortunately this made me feel a bit unsafe. For the value paid I at least expected good cleanliness, fresh smell and a feeling of safety. I love running and whenever I go to new places I take my running gear. On this occasion I felt unsafe to go for a run in the neighbourhood.
Thank you 🙏
It is unrefundable, the room is so dirty and disgusting. The walls , the cotton, rug , chair were so dirty with visible stains . The bathroom is shared and it was also very dirty. I booked for 4 nights and I managed to stay only one night the money is unrefundable I had to let go and get to pay for a better hotel to stay .
Absolutely poor night’s stay the room was dirty the mattress was stained can see mould on the walls rooms look nothing like in the pictures I spent most of the night sat on the chairs in the room as bed was to dirty to sleep on
The was filthy. The boiler was loud all night. There was shouting and banging of doors all night. It’s more of a halfway house for crackheads than a guest house. I would definitely not recommend this place.
The room was damped, the carpet very dirty, and broken furniture, pillow smelling armpit. The worse place that I have ever been and not worth 100 per night.
