"This was an awesome place to stay and unwind. John was a great host and helped us get settled in quickly. It was nice that he provided a boat, kayak, and paddle boat to enjoy the river with. This location is very quiet and relaxing. All the conveniences of a small town are just a short easy drive away. I would recommend this vacation spot to anyone."

"Our son and granddaughter live in Dover so we always find a place to stay so we can visit. This was one of our favorites. Right on bear lake beautiful sunsets the water was warm enough to swim. There was kayaks there to use. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes,seasoning. We had a great time. Just be careful driving in the road is pretty rough."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Belmont. I really liked their wall of sports memorabilia. We enjoyed playing darts on their dart board. Also, the next-door neighbor was super friendly to us. It was really nice."

"This is such a cute and quaint property in a beautiful location! It was so relaxing to enjoy morning coffee on the back deck while watching the wide variety of birds coming and going. "My wife and I recently returned from a 6 night stay at the property. Our visit exceeded our expectations. The cottage and grounds were exceptionally clean. The cottage had everything we need for a great stay ! The on-site boat launch with dock and pet friendly property were definitely a deciding factor when we booked our trip. "This is my new favorite spot!! The sunrises were some of the most magical ones I have ever seen. No hije, I had to wear my sunglasses, inside, to make coffee in the morning. Gorgeous! Jason is wonderful! Very sweet and responded instantly! The cabin is perfect! I love the vintage feel with the modern amenities. I hated to leave and will be back again. Now….if I could only convince Jason to let me live there full time…😁 Thank you for my stay!!"

"This house has a big kitchen/living room and comfy beds. Not drinking the well water was odd-would be nice if the water provided was in glass and more plentiful. Also the paddle board was broken which was a bummer but the owner was very responsive and worked with us to make up for that. It’s a sweet cottage."

"Jackie is awesome and was so responsive. She pre-emptively gave us check in details, directions, and even some local information on how to find the "small beach." It was awesome. The cottage was well kept and we loved sitting out on the porch in the evenings. Thank you for a great vacation!"

"wonderful serene place to stay. What vacation is meant to be, Go out early morning on the lake and spend it with the loons, fish off the dock , excellent location to sightsee around New Hampshire , hosts were unbelievably attentive especially when the power went out one night."
