"Room was nice and spacious. Bath and shower were nice too. Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuit provide. Hangers, hairdryer and safe. Staff were welcoming and friendly - highlight of the stay. The lobby and bar were nice too. The lobby also smelt beautiful! The only downside for me was that the fan kept coming on through the night even though I turned it off multiple times and it was so hot and the bed was rock solid which I found uncomfortable"
"Not keen on lack of human contact to this degree. Clean except prophylactic wrapper on otherwise spotless bedroom floor upon arrival. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff (when I eventually met them)."
