"The home is absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. It was spacious and inviting. The communication was troublesome at times as we did not receive the access codes in a timely manner. Our flight was delayed and we were not able to arrive until a day later than expected but were not give access info until the day we arrived, not the original day we were supposed to check in. "Excellence Oyster Bay exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our oceanfront suite was spacious, clean, and luxurious, with beautiful views and a private balcony. The dining options were all fantastic, from fresh seafood to 24-hour room service, everything was delicious and well-prepared. "We just love this hotel and it was totally worth getting the Butler service. Totally totally worth it. We absolutely loved our Butler. WILLARD and FITZGERALD!! I have never dealt with such an amazing and caring team. Lady at the checkout desk was amazing TISHANA and Wayne the server at the Cabana . This hotel is just the right size. I love it so so much. I would only ask for better air-conditioning in the main Diamond facilities and in the main checkout area but other than that, it’s an amazing hotel with incredible beaches."
