"Overall, everything was great you met our expectations. We like your location, cozy apartment/ feeling with amenities, community, shopping & restaurants nearby. request is if you have any plans for the future have a gym & disable/handicap parking close to the main floor. During my stay for the four days, we did not get to use the pool as it was shut down for repairs, but that's OK. Hopefully next time I get to enjoy it. Overall we will be returning at the end of the year for the holidays."

"Nice hotel. Great amenities. Workout room is nice but gloomy due to no windows. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable. Staff at the hotel are so nice. Valet is slow. Tried to get my car at 8 AM and it took over 20 minutes. I had 2 cups of coffee just waiting for my car. The hotel is quiet. Off the beaten path. Rainey St. a block away. A solid hotel."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly, right from the start! The hotel is not the newest or fanciest, but everything was clean and well maintained in the room. Lights, remote, a/c, toilet, hot water all worked as it should. It would be a great upgrade to put USB charging ports in the light bases, in addition to the outlet ports. I really appreciate that the entire hotel is non-smoking! Would stay again!"
