"The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....

"This host and property are amazing ! The house is beautiful inside . Hosts have everything you need to make a family feel welcome. Lots of towels , soap, shampoo , dishes to cook great meals . Just every little thing . The scenery is unmatched anywhere else . We will stay here again !! Highly recommend"

"The property was beautiful and the houses were all very clean and comfortable to stay in! Everyone loved it ranging from ages 12 all the way up to 75 and all ages in between. We will definitely be back. On top of loving the property, the owners are amazing. My parents had tire trouble and had to stay at house past check out time on Sunday and they accommodated them to stay a few hours no problem… which was above and beyond and really helped my parents in such a stressful situation."

"10 of us flew to Austin for the eclipse. We booked this beautiful property almost a year ago and we are all so glad we did. Plenty of room for 10 of us. We never felt crowded. Even in the kitchen. Comfy furniture and beds. Gigantic TV and excellent wifi. Big deck overlooking the really beautiful Texas hill country. Great sunsets and great eclipse watching. The host was very responsive and very helpful. We would gladly rent this home again anytime."

"This place is AMAZING! My daughter and I went for a girl's weekend, and could not have been more pleased. They treated us like Royalty. I flew in right before a terrible storm that took out the Wi-fi, so they comped me 4 movies to make up for it. The ONLY thing that I didn't like was the parking. It is not free. $50 a night tax to self park and $59 a night for valet parking. That being said, the valet staff was super. Well worth the money. Especially given the location. the food was excellent. The spa experience was "life changing", out corner room was spectacular with an amazing view of the city (26th floor), and the bed and bedding the most comfortable that I've ever slept on. Don't get me wrong.. we spent a lot of money there. But it was worth every penny. And the entire staff treated us like we spent a million dollars there. We'll definitely go again. "
