"The pool and hot tub area are updated and beautiful. It looks great. Breakfast area was clean and a good variety. Rooms were clean but very outdated bathrooms shower and bathtub were old and needed a lot of TLC. The entrance way to our room was in bad shape as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"We stayed here with my husband and two children aged 5 and 8 and loved it all. Most hotels in Traverse City are outdated and not clean. This one was very clean and updated. The kids had a blast in the pool area. The coffee shop downstairs had excellent coffee. We never tried the restaurants as the reviews online weren’t the greatest. Aerie was closed during our stay. The only downfall was the hours of the Den which had the arcade. It is closed on Sunday and Monday. We were there Sunday to wed, so we only got to go there one day, kids loved it tho. Staff was all so friendly. Most definitely would stay again and highly recommend!"
