Our attempt to connect to Wifi had to be rebooted and someone came immediately to help. We had no other issues that needed attention. After being told they had emailed everything...I still failed to get anything...but yet they were able to email ads. They texted me, then-got only the first page which did not include the code needed to unlock door. So more calls had to be made. Frustrating to say the least. Also, some of the people we talked to spoke very broken English...
