The property is fantastic, plenty of space and everything you need is there including Kayak which got plenty of use by the teenagers. Tim gave us loads of local activity recommendations which were new and fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days and will definitely return again"

"Pukehina Beach is a great location for exploring the area around Rotorua. The Coastal Tiny House was remote enough that it was very peaceful and quiet, but within an easy distance to places we wanted to be! It was comfortable for two people and had the ammenities we needed. Unfortunately the house was a bit unclean, and we thought there might have been a mouse running around. The bedrooms upstairs could also really benefit from some blinds or curtains, as you definitely couldn't sleep in even if...

"Our family of five stayed at this lovely house for 6 days. It's located in a lovely neighborhood, a short drive from downtown Rotorua which made it a good location. We enjoyed staying at the house for a lot of our meals and just resting and watching the neighbors sheep graze. My granddaughter also enjoyed the ping pong table and trampoline. Thank you so much!"

"Fabulous location and stunning home. We were able to accommodate our team with ease. The home was peaceful and relaxing. We could relax at the lakes before heading back the the Red Barn. The covered outdoor area added a addition room and we could all eat together. Spacious well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry with direct access to back door and clothes line was fabulous. Having two fridges is such a blessing. Would be great for a family stay and team. Would definitely recommend and...
