Although Eng. scares the guys and staff are extremely friendly and the place really is serene. Be prepared for very basic accommodation and very basic food Also it is about three hours by car in small motor boat and then by car and then again by boat to this place from Manaus Overall if this is what you were looking for then I would definitely recommend this place"

The old style tube TV is indicative of the condition of the hotel. Internet did not work in the rooms and worked moderately in the lobby. Location in middle of Cento Market which is great in the day, but unsafe after dark. The hotel entrance is kept locked at all times. We were the only tourists in the 115 room hotel.
