Dilapidated. Good location and price

It seems this apartment building had not be renovated for a while. It needs that badly. The apartment was clean though. There are bed sheets but no blankets so we felt cold.

Was Ok, but could have been better for the money.

Was Ok, I asked for a late checkout but they said no. I said my reservation included a late checkout. The hotel put up an argument saying it was dependant on availability. I said that's not what my reservation said. We ended up leaving at 1245 pm. Also no TV in bedroom.

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

For the 1st time I used TRAVELOCITY, I tasted the worst experience in my life (in all my 25 years of living in GULF); it was not a hotel rather appeared as a place where a family with 3 small kids can stay; I am disappointed on how TRAVELOCITY can recomment a combo package with such hotels for a family of 5 ; to begin with they said that they will put me in an apt with 1 bathroom and when challenged they gave me an apartment with 2 bathrooms but the bad smell and poor housekeeping meant we could not stay there even for 10 minutes and we vacated

I will not comeback again

I had a very bad experience with Elite 5 receptionist when I checked in. I booked two separate one bedroom apartment. The receptionist was frustrated that I booked two separate one bedroom apartments. He requested me to take the two bedroom apartment and pay extra charge. I refused his request. Then I explained my situation to the hotel security guy who was helpful and friendly. Finally, the security guy convinced the receptionist to give us the rooms in accordance with our booking in hotels.com. Moreover, The receptions was reluctant to give us the apartments' key. Moreover, the bathroom smells bad. After this bad experience, I will never comeback again to Elite 5.

Good Stay in Bahrain

Had one night stay in Bahrain Elite 5 hotel. Staff very helpful, room that we reserved was not available so they upgraded to a bigger suite. Walking distance to many many eateries, kids enjoyed a lot. It was friday night do noisy due to late night bikers. Will stay here in our next trip
