"Absolutely incredible…BUT. This is a 5 star luxury resort and hotel and would normally be a 5 star rating for me. However new hotel ownership and policy now make the Spa- the reason I and most people book this and pay the almost $1,000 nightly rate is now not included as part of the amenities. You are required to purchase a treatment per person just to enter. Cheapest option is a facial for $250 plus tax - that’s almost $600 per couple per day just to use the spa. Absolutely ridiculous. I can understand a day fee of $40-50 but this is unacceptable and their website as well as hotel.com offering is misleading and unfair. Sara from the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and solved my issue and the staff, were very helpful, service oriented and ever present The hotel, room, amenities, and pool etc were worth the price and highly recommended. They just need to be more clear about the spa charges. Oh and the gym is the nicest I’ve ever seen in a hotel!"
