It is one of the best hotels in Manado. The room is spacious for a couple, and the location is close to other places like malls or restaurants. The staff are also friendly.

Great service! Definitely a must to stay at!

Excellent service from the staff with fantastic rooms! Was helped and greeted by the staff upon arrival, had a great tea break at the cafe, and also the reception provided great recommendations for food.

Room was clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom, but a view only to the building wall next door. Breakfast was disappointing and not very appetising. Dinner was ok but misswording of the offer available at the time meant too much food was brought and we were overcharged, though the staff were kind enough to correct this after some explaining. The wifi stopped working unfortunately. The location was good for the immigration office but otherwise a long walk or taxi ride to the centre.

Clean, quite and green and modern design hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast not fancy but still ok. You get more than what you've paid. Choose S Loft Hotel for your stay at Manado and you'll never regret your decision.

Clean, comfortable, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Only minus was the lack of English TV stations and bad TV reception. There were more chinese language stations than in the local language. Only one news show, CNBC was in English (?) Offer BBC or CNN please.

Very good mattress, spacious and clean room and bathroom. High ceiling and decoration makes it really cozy. The breakfast is good offering fruits, western and indo dishes and eggs. Internet wasn’t that reliable. We stayed 2 nights there, the second we had a drunk neighbor that was really noisy at 3:30 a.m. That made us noticed that there’s a noise isolation issue at the rooms, you can even hear the TV sound from next door. So if your neighbor is quiet and polite you won’t have any issues.
