Plenty of hot water, quality toilet paper, soft towels in bathrooms and sharp knives, adequate dinnerware in kitchen. The swing hanging from the tree near the river is a relaxing touch. Beautiful views of the river from the home. The owners obviously put a lot of love into this traditional home. Wish the fire pit was nicer. We used Cedar Valley to float… highly recommend. Golfed at Cherokee Village South course, also highly recommend. Turkey Mountain golf course was further away, almost as nice, very friendly, I’d still recommend. "

"My stay here was enjoyable. It was the perfect location, half way between our homes and in the resort area of North Central AR just 2 miles from Hardy AR and the Spring River. The room was very clean, new tiled floor and new furniture and beds. We really enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and management available as needed. "
