This pet-friendly and recently upgraded 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathrooms presents a comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, wood fireplace, and WiFi. Centrally located in Conness building with city bus stop out front. Large master bedroom has a king, flat screen TV, DVD and private dressing sink. Loft has a queen plus daybed, TV and adjacent bathroom. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating for four, plus dining area seating six. Easy access to Jacuzzi, sauna and tennis court, plus other Summit amenities (work-out room, pools, etc.), and underground garage parking (garage clearance 7' 0"). This unit is pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.
