Great Condo!

Our trip was for a 3 night, four day stay. The condo provided everything we needed and was close to Vons needed a condo for six guys.

Mammoth vacation

We loved the location! The unit has wonderful views from all the windows as well. We spent our time enjoying the lakes and surrounding areas. Our first time back in the area after many years.

great creek side location

Felt comfy like we were just using a friend's condo. You go out from the unit and you are on the creek side walking trials. Also walking distance to restaurants on Old Mammoth Rd. Will go back no prob.

Solid lodging option

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Just noticed a few things that could be improved. We stayed in the winter, and it took about 12 hours for the place to warm up once we turned on the heat. They also have some communal supplies (salt, pepper, tin foil, etc) which is great, but were almost completely out of several of them. It's also hard to find at night as the unit number is not visible from the parking lot and there is little to no lighting on the catwalks. Lastly, and this is pretty minor, but the property manager makes you download an app (not the VRBO app) to get the check-in info, while we prefer to use email.

Quiet Luxury

This is our second time staying at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They condo provided wonderful comfort with teenagers able to all sleep in the loft, it provides three bathrooms so great access for everyone. The location is great, access to everything very easy! If you want to stay away from the busy village, this is a great place. When you get a lot of snow the open area is a great place for the young ones to build snow forts or snowmen. Loved our Stay, we will be back! Brooks Family

Clean, quiet, nice property! Tight for 10 people

Clean, quiet, nice property! Great table for card games. Nice master bedroom. A bit small for 10 people, and a bit far from the mountain if you are staying here during ski season. The upstairs with the bunk beds is loft style, not a closed room. It is about a 10-15 minute shuttle from the mountains.

Generally good

It was a pleasant stay. We checked in and out easily and the property was beautiful. I loved the view from the balcony. A few call outs: there was no hand soap, no extra set of sheets for the pull out, only a few towels and no shovel or salt for us to use when we were snowed in. We also had a hard time using the fire place because the wood was stored outside and covered in snow so it was too wet to use. We also had a late check in due to weather but we were compensated for that. The location was perfect and close to a ton of things to do. Overall good experience, our friends and family had a blast and we’d stay again.

Perfect spot for a group

The space was cozy and our big group all had beds to sleep comfortably. Just 5 min away from nearest ski parking and couple min away from main village, the location was amazing.

Overall good place, but

We thought that the condo was quiet and comfortable; however there were some issues that stood out. The microwave needs to be replaced as the handle is broken and the turntable inside didn’t turn so food was not evenly cooked. We also found that there was no soap/body wash for showering and no tissue to be found in the place.

Wonderful!

This was a lovely spot for my husband, kids and I to meet up with my sister, her husband, and their kids. The cousins enjoyed the loft space, and the adults enjoyed visiting with the beautiful view of Mammoth Mountain from the living space below. Access to bike trails and riding to The Stove for their delicious breakfast menu were great perks! We’d hope to return!

Good Time

Amazing place! Flowing river front of the house, stargazing through balcony, swimming poll, tennis court, and many more! Also, neighbors are extremely humble!

Clean and Cozy!

My friends and I enjoyed staying here during our golf trip to Mammoth. The property is a little smaller than expected, but wasn't a deal breaker because everything was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is great as well... very close to the local Vons, Mammoth village, restaurants, shops, golf courses, and hiking trails.

Beautiful home, private view, and excellent location

We really enjoyed our time here. The town trolley picks you up at the end of the parking lot and you can get everywhere from this condo. The view is incredible and private. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed linens are white and crisp. The bike trail leading from the complex takes you out on a massively scenic Trail. They have TVs in every room with Roku and Netflix and plenty of channels. The only downsides were that the management company promised us dishwasher soap and they didn’t show up. Not a big deal. The unit does not come with bicycles but they’re easy enough to rent down the street. And the complex laundry facilities take lots of quarters. We will definitely be coming back to this unit regularly!

Enjoyed our stay

My family of 5 (girls ages 7, 10, 12) stayed here August 2020 with my parents and brother. The location is peaceful and great for families, close to bike paths, creek and park, as well as close driving distance to grocery store and restaurants. The views out the windows were lovely as you looked out on fields/mountains rather than other buildings. Overall the condo was very nice and clean, as pictured. The condo community is also very cute and well-maintained. Our 3 girls loved sleeping in the loft with the bunk bed and queen size bed. They had their own 1/2 bath up there so that was very nice. Downstairs the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great. Dining table was large enough to comfortably accommodate the 8 of us. The pool is not as large as it looks in the photos but my husband said it was fun for our 7 year old. There are only coin laundry facilities, no laundry in the unit. That should be stated more clearly in the description. Laundry is at the other end of the condo property, which wasn't terrible since the weather was nice, but I can imagine it might be tough in the winter or rain. The unit is upstairs and the stairs are wooden and outside. It was totally fine in summer but I can imagine in the winter if snowy or icy they could be a little tougher to navigate, but I suppose that's the same with all condos with outdoor stairs. There were no sheets left for the sofa bed and we didn't realize this until late the evening we arrived. I contacted the property managers through the vrbo app and they responded and were eventually able to resolve the situation. Unfortunately my brother had already fallen asleep on the sofabed without sheets. Also we found an empty beer bottle in the loft behind the long curtains, which the cleaning crew had apparently missed. FYI 3 rolls of toilet paper were provided in each bathroom (at least downstairs), which was plenty for our 3 night stay. A few small shampoos and conditioners were provided, as well as small bar soaps and plenty of towels. There were many board games/Lincoln logs provided which our girls enjoyed. The living room area is a bit dark in the evening and I'd recommend adding more lighting. Also need more lighting just outside the condo where there are a few metal stairs. It's hard to see them clearly in the evening and my mom banged her ankle on one of them. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would stay again.
