Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This three-bedroom, two-bath townhome features family fun with a Foosball table and cozy nook near the propane fireplace where you can sit and tells stories from the days adventures. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people, with a king bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and two sets of twin bunk beds in the third bedroom. This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Perfect cabin & close to the mountain

This cabin is walking distance to the gondola/village and minutes from the mountain if you want to drive ! We walked to the gondola for the night of lights and it was so easy. It wa a very spacious cabin and fit 7 men and 3 women comfortably ! We will be back for more ski trips !

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Estates is centrally located and the units are old but in decent shape and clean. This is repeat stay for us from last year although it was a different unit because we needed a three bedroom. Unfortunately, the heat did not work properly so the living area had no heat and the thermostat was not working. It got repaired very well by the repair and maintenance man Jake, who was wonderful but the heat did not work in the living area so they supplied portable heaters. The bedrooms became too hot because the thermostat would not shut off because of the distance from the sensor and no heat in the living area.
