Settle into the heart of Mammoth Lakes. This condominium sleeps up to 4 and puts you within walking distance of The Village and the winter Village Gondola—perfect for easy mountain access and evenings by the wood-burning fireplace.
The Space:
This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is designed for simple comfort and convenience. The living area invites you to unwind with a wood-burning fireplace, TV, and DVD player. A sofa converts to a sleeper for two, and the adjacent dining area opens to a balcony with partial mountain and pine views.
The kitchen features updated appliances and ample counter space for easy meal prep. Pull up a seat at the breakfast bar for casual bites or gather at the dining table for dinner. Down the hall, the bedroom offers a Queen bed and TV, with a full bathroom across the hall shared by all guests.

Important Things to Note
• Parking: One assigned underground space in spot #105. Please use only the assigned space.
• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this home.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Communal amenities: The indoor spa, indoor swimming pool, and two saunas are closed until further notice due to snow-related structural damage. The HOA will determine any repair timeline. The clubhouse with a ping pong table is available when open per HOA hours/availability. BBQ stations are available during summer only.
• Pet policy: No pets are permitted at this home. Evidence of pets may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Resort operations: Lifts, gondolas, and mountain operations are managed by the resort and may change due to weather or operational needs; please check schedules in advance.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• If we’re able to accommodate early check in or late checkout closer to your stay, additional fees may apply. For late checkout, requests must be received by 10:00 AM local time the day prior to departure; availability is not guaranteed.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
