Fireside 112 is a newly renovated first floor condo that features a cozy décor with all the comforts of home. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a great queen sleeper sofa in the living room across from the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped, and the large deck has a gas grill. There is a flat screen TV with DVD, wireless high internet access, and a second flat screen in the bedroom.

Towels and linens are provided. The condo has wireless high speed internet. Parking for one car is provided, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space available basis.

The Fireside complex is small and quiet, but features a great indoor pool, sauna and hot tub with views of the Sherwin mountains.

This is a non smoking condo. Smoking is only allowed outside. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, subject to a pet fee. but are not generally allowed during holiday periods.
