This house has it all for every age. The owners were phenomenal with communication, the neighborhood is nice and quiet in a gated community, the beach is just a few steps away, and the views are incredible. "The bed frame underneath the mattress (wood strips) are broken making the mattress sink in. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE… also no ironing board. When I emailed the host, wanted me to confirm about the ironing board. But didn’t mention anything about the bed which is very unprofessional. The bed has screws showing like they tried to fix the issue in the pass. "

"The family that owns this beautiful place were the sweetest most accommodating, helpful people ever! We didn’t rent a car so they ran to the store and bought us whatever we needed, took us on a 4 hour tour, cooked amazing breakfast’s each morning. I could not have picked a better place to stay on our honeymoon! And I will be coming back every year!"

"My teenagers enjoyed the pool and the golf cart rental. I enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean and being close enough to listen to the waves. The amenities were great and the host was very responsive. The villa is in a beautiful gated community with a golf course on site. To quote the teenagers, they said the villa was "sick.""

"Beautiful place to stay. It has everything you need if you want to spend a day at the beach or at the pool. There a number of restaurants inside the complex as well as a small grocery store. If you don’t want to leave the premises, you have everything you need there. Angel is a great host and responded in a timely manner whenever we needed something or had a question. There is the El Yunque rain forest and several beaches within a 45 minute drive. I highly recommend this place."

"The property is in an excellent location. I had a very comfortable stay. In the evenings, I could sit outside and listen to the ocean. It was very relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer was also a big help. Everything was as advertised."

"I would like to start with how accurate the online listing is to reality. The home was completely breath taking from the inside to the outside. I couldn’t help but to notice how clean and organized everything was. This home had everything we needed from material things, space for our big family, sense of security, and beautiful views. The view from the master bedroom was undeniably one of my favorite things. Even the construction across the way didn’t take away from anything. The pool was a main attraction for our family. The view of the rainforest while we swam and listened to music was amazing. This was the first time we traveled to Puerto Rico and our experience was so positive that I’m sure it won’t be the last.
