"This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and perfect location. Unfortunately, we had some problems with the room service being awful. We ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and the chicken was incredibly overcooked and tasted like rubber. We also ordered a French Onion soup and it was so awful we couldn't even eat it. When I came down and talked with them I was offered "maybe a scoop of ice cream as compensation?" That was definitely not what I was expecting at the price point of this hotel."
