"There is a Kiotel kiosk that uses a live agent. Peter was the customer service agent and for the first time ever seeing and using a Kiotel kiosk, I was impressed and satisfied with this technology. 5 stars"

"Room was clean, The hallway had a thc stench from the rooms across us. Windows don't open, a little damp but it was humid evening. No elevator. Breakfast was pretty decent."

"We appreciated the cleanliness and the really extensive free breakfast. We didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan- very steamy. The room itself was oddly damp feeling even though the AC was cranking and the room was plenty cool. I had a difficult time sleeping because of the oddly wet air."
