Retreat Beside The Beach - Unit Four

A two bedroom, two bathroom, two storey beachfront unit at Malua Bay. Includes a dishwasher. Wonderful views, shops, club and restaurants within 50 metres. Malua Bay Bowling & Recreation Club is a short flat walk. This beach is patrolled in the summer holidays.

Sleeps 5.

1st Bedroom: 1 x Double.

2nd Bedroom: 1 x Set Of Bunks & 1 x Trundle.

Sheets and towels are not provided.

Note: Arrival Time for Peak & High Seasons is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).

High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).

MID: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.

Property well located but could do with a good clean and maybe a slash of paint Got a bit tired of reading all the dos and don'ts planted in different spots. Outdoor furniture on balcony could definately do with a clean; have stayed in motels that are better and cheaper and have everything supplied...linen, towels etc.......(who wants to pack linen etc along with everything else) it was a last minute booking otherwise would not have booked here.

Stayed for 1 week. A beautiful location. Cannot get better position. Unit is not pristine , a little tired although it makes for a very comfortable relaxing stay. FYI no Voda phone reception due to only having 3G although Optus worked. Still an enjoyable holiday if you can do without your phone . :)

Dirty and dusty carpets , dirty sheets and covers ,only one toilet roll in the bathroom
Not even the basic amenities like extra toilet rolls , dishwashing soap were provided . The carpet was extremely dirty and dusty . Even the sheets were soiled and unclean

Fantastic Location
Couldn’t ask for a location closer to the beach; situated abt 15 min drive south of Batemans Bay which was great. The property needs a little tlc applied but overall it was very comfortable, clean and with all the amenities that are needed. Great having two bathrooms.

The view and location of this unit being directly in front of the beach was amazing.
I so loved staying at this unit. The view was to die for. The unit was clean and tidy and well equipped. I liked that we had 2 toilets and 2 showers in the unit. Spacious and comfortable. I can't wait to come back and stay.....

Unit 4 . Malua Bay
Location is perfect. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment was extremely poor and the furnishings all old, outdated, broken and unusable. Beds and mattress' stink and are too old, couches are ripped and broken, shower screen doesn't work, dishes and carpets extremely dirty.. Would definitely stay again if the property was cleaned and furnishings updated as the location is delightful. Check in process was easy. Kristen.
