Adjacent to the living room is an open kitchen area of the same size, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, cooking island, and dining table. This level also includes a shower/WC and double hand-basin, as well as floor heating throughout. On the upper floor, you will find four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a dressing room and a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, along with a private bath/WC. The second and third bedrooms each have a French bed of the same size, with access to a balcony. The fourth bedroom offers a 90 cm by 200 cm bed and a 140 cm by 200 cm French bed, with an en-suite shower/WC. This level also features floor heating throughout, as well as two small balconies and a large terrace.
