"Long story short, just book this place before someone else does. I'd give it 20 stars if I could.We had 20 people for a family reunion. Toddlers, teens, millennials and grandparents.1) Check-in and check-out process is super easy. 2) Communication was top notch before, during and after our stay. They do give you a phone number for after hours because they might not see something in the app. 3) Interior is bigger than the pictures make it seem.4) Downstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen and 1 bunkbed) which we needed because we had 2 people in wheel chairs and a few that have troubles with stairs so we needed a lot of rooms on the 1st floor.5) The outside area is amazing. Even though there is lot of space it all seems connected and it wasn't a problem if someone sat on the swinging bench and watched some kiddos on the swing set. 6) There are 2 drawers of flatware and you probably will never run out (huge plus).7) Literally 15 minutes from Walmart/HEB Plus and Sam's Club (and that's taking the backroads). There's also a Dollar General and convivence stores about 10 minutes from the retreat.8) Wi-Fi is reliable and the house has Netflix/Prime Video already connected as well as some Live TV options.9) Kitchen counter prep area is massive, appliances are top notch and the sink is very oversized. All huge pluses for our large group.The only "downside" my grandmother & a few others said is that she wished there were handrails in the shower. That's it!"
