"It was very good stay. However, people doesn't read agreement for keeping the noise down, please put signs visible on the rooms stating quite time after 10:30pm... we had neighbors thar arrived at 2:30 am and talked out loud until 4:30am. Until we called the security..some people can't behave or don't know how to behave. But this issue was not the hotel fault, it was individual issues."

"Excellent service and incredibly kind staff! We arrived at 7 AM after a long-haul flight, well before the 3 PM check-in. They prioritized cleaning a vacant room for us, and by 10 AM we were able to check in. I even asked about the early check-in fee, and they said, “It’s all good!”, no extra charge. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed at the Presidential suite. The room was great and was able to accommodate a large number of people for an after party get together. The only issue I had was the night staff werent able to help me borrow an USB or HDMI cable. The outside door when you exit the room should have sign saying DO NOT close. I closed it when I left and it took over an hour to have someone unlocked it cause the room key doesn’t work on it. Overall it’s a a good place to stay in QC and will be glad to stay there again. Their breakfast was awesome."
