In the morning we choose to try breakfast service and omg we was no disappointed. lovely women name Regina welcomed us in most possible amazing way wow. "We enjoyed our brief stay here. The room was compact but comfortable and extremely convenient to eateries and walking distance to the Tower Bridge and other landmarks. We ate at the pub across the alley for dinner which appeared to be mostly locals, which was a nice experience. We would stay here again."

"Room was clean and just what we needed. Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. We then also had a small bite in the lounge area the next day, and the food took nearly 40mins. We used the spa facilities, and these are always great. The room was comfy and just as we would expect. It’s the second time we have stayed, and would go back again. "
