Apartment Malmédy with Sauna & Valley View

This charming apartment is located 2 km outside the lively center of Malmédy. The house has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is adjacent to the owner's home.

Malmédy, with some excellent restaurants, cafes and nice shops, is located 9 km northeast of Stavelot. A visit to the beautiful Stavelot Abbey should not be missed. Walk through the beautiful High Fens nature reserve and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The lake area of Robertville and Bütgenbach is also definitely worth a visit. Here you can canoeing, sailing, fishing, diving and swimming.

The apartment has its own entrance. The house is fully equipped, including a bathroom with bubble bath and a separate sauna. Because of its location on a hill, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the valley from the apartment. There is a large terrace (36 m²) and a garden with garden furniture, barbecue and play equipment.

Note: Pets are not allowed on the armchairs, violation is subject to a penalty of 50 € which will be deducted from the deposit.

Great holiday accommodation with stunning views of Malmedy. After a long journey ATB near Malmedy was only the last climb of Malmedy to the house against me. This was the only thing disappointing to me during our stay.

Perfect place in Malmedy, on the hill with incredible view. Host is very friendly and the small dog is very funny. From the place you can hike a lot. House is in a good size but needs a little fixes here and there. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks a lot

Mooie huisje met een uitstekende ligging vlakbij het centrum van Malmedy. - We vonden het huisje zelf niet zo proper. De dampkap, waar je dan toch onder eten moet maken, was niet zo proper en op de lampen boven de tafel waar je gaat eten lag een dikke laag stof en spinnenwebben. De tafel buiten was ook niet lenteklaar...

Het huis was niet verwarmd te krijgen dmv de elektrische verwarming maar door de openhaard te gebruiken ging het prima. Verder waren er wat mankementen zoals rolgordijn defect en wat kapot service aanwezig. De verhuurder had kennelijk geen tijd gehad om spinnenwebben weg te halen.

Beliggenheden er fantastisk, lidt uden for byen, men stadig inden for gåafstand, Vær klar til en stejl bakke! We zijn 5 dagen in dit heerlijke huis geweest met 2 kleine kinderen. Het weer was helaas minder, maar het huis was heel erg prettig. Prachtig uitzicht over Malmedy en een heerlijke grote tuin. De sauna is erg fijn en ook prettig dat er 2 badkamers zijn. Verder is alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Een aanrader voor wie de omgeving van Malmedy wil verkennen.

Prima appartement met mooi uitzicht. Het word luxe genoemd vanwege de sauna en bubbelbad. Dit was ook heerlijk maar er zijn ook wat aandachtspuntjes in het huis. Wij hadden een fietsenrek achterop de auto. Vanwege de steile helling om te parkeren kan je daar niet de oprit mee op rijden. Eigenaren hebben een hondje wat regelmatig losloopt ook bij jouw op het terras.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit schöner Aussicht. Schade, dass uns bei der Ankunft niemand empfangen konnte. Ich habe die Telefonnummern auf dem Voucher angerufen, aber sie wurden nicht verwendet, die Tür der Wohnung war offen und der Schlüssel steckte darin, also sind wir einfach eingezogen.

Er was niet echt een hartelijk ontvangst. Alles was een beetje vies. Veel stof en spinnenwebben. De bestekla vol met kruimels. We konden eerst gaan schoonmaken voordat we er fijn konden gaan zitten. Verder een erg mooie omgeving! In de keuken enz was wel alles aanwezig wat nodig was.

Fantastisch huisje op een fantastische plek! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De communicatie via e-mail en bellen ging wat stroef, maar uiteindelijk via Whatsapp wel contact kunnen hebben over aankomst- en vertrektijd. Aanrader!

Prachtig appartement! Wat een uitzicht. Alles wat super netjes en schoon. Het enige wat mij tegenhield met boeken waren de vreemde groene plastic banken op de foto’s. Deze zijn vervangen door een relaxte grijze hoekbank. We hebben heerlijk bij het vuur gezeten en genoten van de sauna en het bubbelbad. Aanrader!
