"Many weeks/months of dust in the rooms, bedside tables and in the wardrobe. Bathroom sink blocked and stains on almost all the furniture. The breakfast was good but again all of the seating was soiled and felt very dirty. When we checked out the only person to take this complaint was the woman who was taking care of the breakfast and not one of the reception staff."

"This hotel in to heart of Sweden is amazing. We enjoyed the air conditioned spacious rooms as well as the pool and hot tub. There is no reception staff overnight or on Sundays so don’t arrive at midnight to check in!"
