"The property was being refurbished while we were there but they kept this to the absolute minimum impact on guests. We ate in every night which is not something I normally do when staying at a hotels. The food in every one of the onsite restaurants was outstanding. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The gardens were wonderful, we had the horticultural tour with Hema, the gardens horticulturalist, who explained the various plants and the plans for future plants. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had, it not as big as other hotels but the dishes are exceptional"
