"The property was double booked. Our payment went through the night before, after which the host would've received a message. However, sadly it was beyond this individual to let us know right away and instead they just left us swinging, waiting for access details they were never going to send. We spent ages trying to get in touch with them, including a 10-minute call to VRBO in the USA. When we finally managed, they simply told us we couldn't get in and to just ask for a refund. I had tried to book it for 4 nights but it was only available for 2 when we were there. I would have gladly booked it for all 4 and if we ever return to Skye we will definitely look ahead of time to book all our nights here again. Loved its eco friendliness as well! "
