Unit 4, 36 Maurice Avenue, Mallacoota

Park the car and walk.
This well-appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is located in the centre of town in an apartment block of only 5.

It boasts open plan living, balcony (with balcony dining and glimpses of the nearby lake), well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, reverse cycle air conditioning and all the comforts of home.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with bath, separate toilet, open living/dining, kitchen & balcony.
Downstairs has second bedroom with 1 sets of bunks (Double at bottom, single on top) and single bed, single bed under stairs, large bathroom and laundry.

Rear secluded courtyard has BBQ, an outdoor setting and clothes line. The apartment has a large undercover parking space and extra space at the rear or front of complex for the boat.

Two minute walk to town/shops, cafes and hotel and lake waters edge. A nice walk to the main jetty, beaches and golf club.

We had a wonderful stay in Mallacoota! The apartment was spacious enough to comfortably fit both adults and children, with great facilities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and full cooking amenities—helping to keep both costs and effort down. The location was ideal, just a short walk to town, with stunning beaches and excellent fishing spots close by. A perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm.

Everything you need and close to Mallacoota shopping

The unit has a full kitchen and everything we needed for our stay. It is conveniently located just a short stroll to the shopping/eating centre of Mallacoota. The living and eating areas are adequate in size and nicely furnished. It has 2 bathrooms which is great for a larger group. The 7th bed is a bit exposed but it is accurately described in the property information.

Comfortable, clean, well appointed and peaceful

With the exception of wifi, (not connected to the unit), facilities were excellent. Was able to contact manager, who responded promptly and supplied us with a dongle to access (intermittently) internet, email etc. The unit was well located, short walk to shops and the Inlet beach. Would definitely stay there again. Good value.

Great location but small house. Hot water is not available 24 hours. It finished after 12 noon. Not enough toilet paper. No shampoo, shower gel and soap available for shower. No wifi but provided lots of movies dvd and dvd player.

Perfect for a small family

Nice and clean spacious apartment with all the essentials. Located at very convenient location with everything at walking distance. Everything was available for use. Our family really enjoyed it. The only area of improvement is to provide wifi.

Not what we expected

All in all, other than the location of the property, it was very disappointing. The cleanliness of the property was not up to standard. I had to wash dishes before I could use them, some of the glassware had hairs in them. Upstairs was reasonably clean, but the down stairs area really needs a good deep clean. Also the fridge didn’t keep anything cold, we had to throw out food after a couple of days.

Lovely accomodation for a family

The property was clean, tidy and had everything we could have wanted. We were comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids, although they were disappointed to share a room. As it was advertised to sleep 7, we were surprised that there were only 2 bedrooms. I think the online listing needs to reflect that there are only 2 bedrooms and additional beds available if you want to squeeze people in. Two bathrooms was lovely. The location and parking space were excellent. Sun streaming through the huge windows in the morning was amazing! It would have been a 5/5 rating if it wasn't for the expectation of more bedrooms.
