"This hotel could be wonderful but in our opinion it was let down by some of its staff. The hotel was absolutely full of Germans. I have no problem with other nationalities, however being Canadian/English our first language IS NOT GERMAN. Even my ability to say please, thank you etc. in Turkish was lost on many. We booked into the Turkish à la carte restaurant twice as it was delicious, Buffet was good I would give 7/10 Always something for the kids to do, water park was great fun, two garden parties with great entertainment and laser-drone show twice a week and good evening shows. Beach is lovely. The complex is beautiful and a great layout. Would recommend for a family holiday"

Resepsiyon görevlisi iyi niyetli olmakla beraber yeterli beceriye sahip değildi. Otelin konfor ve temizliği fiyat/performans açısından zayıftı. Personel yetersizdi. Herşey dahil konsepti olarak belirtilen tanıtıma rağmen çok az içecek ücretsiz konseptteydi. Tek olumlu söylenecek husus otelin güzel plajıydı. "

Sandra and her team were the absolute best, the little touches to the hotel made it friendly and welcoming. The location is spot on, a 20 minute walk to old town or a short cab ride to the beach clubs. The food… delicious and with Seref looking after you, you’re guaranteed a nice evening.
