"While waiting to go inside the secured parking at the hotel that we have paid 20e, city of Belgrade used “Oko Sokolovo” and fined us 3000 dinars for no reason. For 2 minutes while we were waiting for the parking gate to open. We were flying back to Australia next day and I was very upset how Belgrade functioning and how is everything falling apart. City is dirty and in terrible condition under the current local/ federal government "
