"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Donatella and her daughter wore the nicest people on the planet:))) They wore always here to help with anything that we had need off. Donatella made reservations for us for the far best Restorante in Town.One time we wore trying to get seated in one off the best Restorante in Bellagio, but with out the reservation we wore not able. I texted Donatella and she got us a table. Looks like everyone knows her, this is just awesome. If we ever come back, weā€™ll be staying ONLY in this place....

"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....
