September stay in Makcesine

The apartment is situated on the edge of old town on the south end. Perfectly situated for sightseeing, catching the ferry to Riva, shopping and dining. The main floor terrace allows for wonderful views and outdoor dining. The apartment is clean, modern, has a spacious kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. All adding to a perfect stay in Malcesine

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr schönen Blick auf den See. Leider, besonders morgens sehr laut, da die Restaurants ihre Glasflaschen entsorgen.

Tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Malcesine

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Nur die Treppe vom 1. in die 2. Etage hatte es in sich. In der Abenddämmerung waren die Stufen nicht mehr zu erkennen, so dass wir häufig ins stolpern geraten sind. Hier sollte eine sichtbare Kante angebracht werden, bevor schlimmeres passiert. Die Lautstärke der Altglasentsorgung der umliegenden Restaurants in den Morgen- und Nachtstunden ist für "Landeier" gewöhnungsbedürftig. Doch man ist schließlich mitten im Zentrum.

Cadre incroyable

Il s'agit d'un triplex qui se situe dans une rue pietonne colorée. L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse au RDC et d'un balcon au 1er étage donnant sur le lac et une terrasse de restaurant qui n'est pas bruyante au demeurant, De ces terrasses, on ne se lasse pas de la vue changeante sur le lac et les montagne de l'autre rive en fonction du temps, des passages des bateaux etc... Les chambres sont spacieuses ainsi que la pièce à vivre climatisée. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées, cependant, avec les ventilateurs dans les chambres, et le climat montagnard, la fraicheur de la nuit suffit à rendre les chambres à bonne température. La cuisine est très très bien équipée pour une location de vacances ! Le stationnement du véhicule dans un parking privé et couvert non loin de l'appartement est super appréciable, car on peut partir se promener sans craindre de ne plus pouvoir se garer le soir ! Mais, le must reste que l'appartement est situé à proximité immédiate des départs des bateaux permettant de partir en excursion à Limone ou ailleurs sans prendre la voiture ! La plage de baignade n'est pas loin non plus, idéal pour mener les enfants à pieds et prendre une glace en rentrant ! Bref nous recommandons ! Nous, nous y reviendrons, cette région est magnifique !
