"It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused."

"The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was prepared… there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding! "
