72 m2 apartment on the seventh floor. First qualities Exclusive area of Malaga. Very bright. It has a living room, closed terrace, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Spectacular views of the bay (possibly the best in Malaga).
Fully equipped: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, kitchenware, iron, hair dryer, 43 "HD TV, DVD.
Highly valued residential area ideal for people looking for a place to enjoy Malaga without the noise and bustle of the city center although about 25 minutes from the city center on foot or 10 by bus. The beach is about 300 meters away. Magnificent views of the bay, its boats and the port of Malaga with stunning sunsets over the mountains.

Residential, quiet neighborhood, first line of the sea with the beach at 300 meters. Large dining area nearby, supermarkets, shops and gas station. One of the best areas to live in Malaga. The promenade invites to the walk either on foot or by bicycle.
How to move
Available nearby parking area and completely free every day of the year. Also about 70 meters away we find the bus stop that leaves us in the center of the city in 10 minutes. It has 4 day and night lines directly to the center. Wide frequency of passage. The price of the ticket is € 1.30 although there are 10 cheaper travel vouchers.
Extensive tourist information available (museums, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc.). Parties and events are not allowed. Availability to pick up or take to the airport (check rates). For stays longer than 7 days, additional sheets and towels will be delivered. English is spoken.

A beautiful and convenient apartment

Ginny and I stayed almost 4 weeks, February 2018, in Manuel’s apartment. It is exactly as the photos depict: high quality and comfortable furnishings and kitchen équipement. This is not a typical rental unit, but an apartment recently renovated to the owner’s good taste. Manuel was a first class host, always ready to help, answer questions and provide whatever we needed. It’s a half hour walk along the seashore into the city or a short bus ride. And the VIEWS !!! They are spectacular...on the sea, the Malaga’s bay, the mountains, the City and the sunsets...Unbelievable! We will keep very good memories of our walks and cycling along the seashore, our lunches at the beach restaurants on Paseo Maritimo El Pedregal, as well as the views from the hills above the City. If we’re lucky enough to return to Malaga, we will definitely stay at EL MORLACO. Note: Bring ear plugs if the traffic noise bothers you at night. André
