Romantic apartment in historic center.
Apartment located in building 1825, completely restored, located in the historic town. In the environment of the Thyssen Museum. Close to the Calle Larios and the Plaza de la Merced. Yet very quiet, no noise and very central. Near the port and the beach.
Building fully accessible, with elevator, wheelchair accessible.
Exterior flat, bright featuring a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed 1.40 wide to rest two. A romantic bedroom with double bed. Two glazed balconies closures. Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob and extractor fan and a bathroom with hairdryer.
It features LED TV and free internet access. Soft bedding and Egyptian cotton towels.
It offers levels of Malaga and information about cultural activities and more interesting entertainment at all times and offer assistance of the most emblematic and gastronomically interesting city sites.
It has all the necessary services nearby Market Atarazanas, cafes, restaurants, trendy shops, urban lines and buses near the railway station of Neighborhoods Centro-Alameda that connects to the airport.

Einfach: Super toll!

It was really a pleasure to stay in Joaquin apartment. Fatima (the daughter) contacted me few days before our arrival and I could get all the information I need to get to the flat. She was really helpful with tips where to eat, what to do in Málaga. Apartment was small but for us enough and really central located. We could find there everything we need for the stay (also a small welcome breakfast). If one day I get back to Malaga I’ll no doubt to again visit Fatimas & Joaquin Flat. Gracias Fatima por todo!

A little gem in a great location.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this very comfortable and well situated apartment. It's location couldn't be better with all the main sights and attractions within walking distance. There are loads of places to shop including supermarkets, and a great range of places to eat and drink all nearby. Joaquin and his son were brilliant hosts. They were waiting at the apartment when we arrived and provided us with lots of really helpful information. They kindly organised a taxi for us on the day of our departure. They were really quick to respond to all communications. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and when it is possible to visit Malaga again you will have a great time.

Spotlessly Clean and Comfortable Apartment for Two in Historic Centre

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay in Joaquín’s apartment. It is in an excellent location on the border of the historic centre. All the important sites, museums, galleries, etc. are within easy walking distance as are numerous restaurants and the beautiful Mercado Central de Atarazanas, one of the best markets we visited in our tour of southern Spain. Highly recommend shopping there for the fruits, vegetables, cheese, iberian ham, etc. you need for your visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and although somewhat small, the owner has equipped it with everything required for a most comfortable stay. What’s more, it’s far enough away from the more crowded central district to ensure a quiet night’s sleep (with the proviso that you will hear a few people on the street, but nothing like what you would experience with accommodation closer to the centre). And the Julia Bakery next door has delicious sweets and pastries. We loved the chocolate chip cookies! Joaquín made our booking and check-in process easy and followed up once we were there to ensure everything was going well. We came by car and the parking was close by in a secure lot. A great place to stay for two in the beautiful city of Màlaga!

OTTIMA PER LA POSIZIONE CENTRALE

Ha bisogno di qualche piccola miglioria (ventola in bagno indispensabile) il letto è piccolo per due , ma visto che tutto sommato si riesce a dormire bene e la stanza non si puo' allargare e tollerabile....otima la disponibilita' della proprieta'

Fabulous stay in a wonderful location

An excellent apartment. Did just want it says on the tin. Accurate description and pictures. Friendly helpful host (and Alvaro is son 😁). Really cannot fault anything and I would recommend. We’re already planning on staying in Joaquin’s apartment again.

Living on the edge of the historic district

The apartment was in a quiet house, it appeared some of the occupants were natives probably working in the area, |I liked that feeling of been among the natives. The apartment was well appointed, clean and had plenty of hot water. The owner and his son made up the welcoming party, they stayed to show me round and left contact numbers which I appreciated. I would be happy to recommend this property.

Vi kan varmt anbefale lejligheden. Den ligger virkelig godt i forhold til alle seværdighederne i Malaga. Vi blev mødt af udlejers søn, og selv om vi var forsinkede var alt fint. Lejligheden er lille men velindrettet, med alt hvad der behøves for at få et godt ophold. Rent og pænt og lyst og venligt indrettet. Vi kan varmt anbefale lejligheden til andre par.

Excellent Malaga apartment

Spotlessly clean, modern and well-equipped. Quietly set off a main street, the apartment is within a short walking distance from the sights and attractions of Malaga. This was an ideal base for the 2 of us and we would recommend it to any couple or single person visiting Malaga.
