Brand new modern 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located steps away from Picasso's birthplace, the famous Plaza de la Merced.

We loved this apartment
Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Nicely updated. Comfortable beds. Great location. Dozens of restaurants within 1 block. If we find ourselves back in Malaga, this is the apartment to go back to. It is noisy at night with all the people and restaurants. For the most part the new windows and doors keep the noise out but for thise who are sensitive, a white noise machine would be a good bet.

Everything exactly as promised
A well appointed, well cared for property. No surprises. Prompt and helpful support from the property management. A perfect location, if you are looking to be immersed in the 'life of the old city'. An easy walk to the beach and all historic attractions and museums. However, one caution, if you are looking for quiet, the area is noisy...day and night.

Just Perfect
This was my 4th visit to Malaga and this apartment far exceeded the others I rented. It was clean and modern and well equipped. Check in was seamless and the location was in walking distance to everything. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Great Family Apartment
This is an excellent family property in a great location for exploring Malaga and beyond. It’s close to the central city areas and a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you wish to go further the train station is a 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay here. Solaga were very helpful and the whole booking process was perfect. They even let us secure our luggage in their office for a few hours on our day of departure. I would recommend this apartment and company to everyone. Thanks for making our holiday special.

3 months in Malaga
My husband and I spent 3 months in this excellent apartment. It was in a secure and comfortable building in the heart of the historic district. The apartment itself was well appointed with comfortable beds and furniture, good air conditioning and a great layout. During our stay we had a some visitors and the floor plan of this apartment (extra bedrooms and bathroom on one end of the apartment that could be closed off) allowed everyone to have their privacy. The apartment is close to Merced Plaza, on a street with a multitude of restaurants, and only steps from all of the action. Weekends could be a bit noisy but that is just part of the charm of being in the city.

Perfect clean apartment in a lovely neighborhood.
We found the apartment to be perfect for our family of five. It is very clean and bright. Communication with the office was quick and efficient. Parking is a short distance. The garage is tight, and our van was the biggest vehicle I can imagine possible to get in and out of there. The neighborhood was fun with lots of bars and restaurants. Shopping is close too. We walked everywhere from the apartment and never felt it was a long distance from anything. We loved our stay and hope to return soon.

excellent decor, ambience. New and exceptionally clean.
We plan on staying here again based on our very positive experience. The Managers and greeters were prompt, friendly and helpful. The split bedroom layout is perfect for couples travelling with friends. Each has their own private areas. The kitchen is equipped with good quality cookware and dinnerware. The Living Room searing was well thought out as a comfortable conversation grouping for 4 and could easily acomadate more as there is a large dining table with comfortable chairs. The water pressure is great and the appliances are the best quality we have seen in a rental unit. This company should be commended for their excellent organizational Skills. Everything ran smoothly. Next visit we would love to have a drying rack fir clothes as some clothes are best not to go into the dryer, just a minor suggestion. We enjoyed our stay and are certain to return and to recommend this location to friends.
