Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with a lovely chilled feel. Handy for old town and harbour bars and 50m from the beach. We had a fantastic time watching the sunset and rise again in the morning. Will definitely be back!!

Had a great 3-night stay at the apartment, The communication with INMalaga was good, and the entry to the apartment was easy. The location was just right for us, Malaga Old Town has so many options for food and drink. We will stay here again when we next return.

Very nice apartment, with upgraded windows, and new appliances, spacious showers and bathrooms, and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of storage, make for a comfortable stay. The windows also have black-out roll-blinds! The building is receiving an update for the entryway and stairwell around the elevator - this speaks well of the management. I'm sure the owner/manager will fix the sticky front door and bedroom doors. We arrived on the weekend of Halloween, and the late night celebrating went on well into the early morning for several days - there are numerous places in this neighborhood for eating and drinking and dancing - and several are on the avenue of this residence. If your stay is on a tourist holiday, it will be noisy. Otherwise, the design of the windows keeps most of the street noise under control. For the most part, the WiFi internet signal is good in the living room, and the TV's will accept your Netflix account for entertainment streaming. However, the neighborhood cell-service, for our carrier, was just adequate. We found it easy to enjoy the old town, the waterfront, the Alcazaba, and museums - all by walking. Taxis and Uber's are plentiful. The Zambrano train station is a 15-20 minute taxi drive away. Malaga is a clean city, with delicious seafood. Enjoy yourself!

Sehr schönes, grosses Appartement mitten in der Altstadt (Fussgängerzone). Ideal für ein par Tage, eine Woche Malaga. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert und schnell. Vom Flughafen aus einfach mit Bus A (bis Haltestelle Paseo del Parque - Plaza Marina, für 4 Euro) und einem kurzen Fussweg durch die Altstatt zu erreichen. Von der Wohnung aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen, Strand und Shopping malls in kurzen Gehdistanzen zu erreichen. Unzählige Restaurants und Bars im gesamten Umfeld.

El apartamento es hermoso, ubicado en un lugar muy céntrico, extremadamente limpio pero a mi parecer aún no está totalmente equipado para ser 100% cómodo. Por ejemplo no hay toalleros en los baños y tampoco papelera en uno de ellos. En la cocina, aunque sí hay todos los utensilios necesarios para para preparar una comida, me llamó la atención que no hubiese cosas básicas que he encontrado en todos los demás apartamentos que he alquilado en España, como aceite, sal, azúcar, te y/o café. Tampoco hubo detalles de bienvenida como una botella de agua y/o vino, frutas... lo cual no es un must, pero son cosas pequeñas, que hacen diferencias y de esperar por experiencias previas y conociendo el carácter amable y hospitalario del español. Lo que menos nos gustó del apartamento es lo ruidosa de la calle donde está ubicado. Desde la noche hasta las primeras horas de la mañana el ruido de los transeuntes es perenne lo que se convierte en una dificultad a la hora de conciliar el sueño. Si el plan del grupo es "unirse permanentemente a la vibra de la ciudad", pues entonces esto no será un inconveniente, pero si son de los que tienen suficiente con las 2 ó 3 primeras horas de la madrugada, seguro lo van a notar. Por lo demás, como ya dije, el apartamento es impecable.
